Overview
This tour is designed for all
our friends enthusiast for ski / snowboard in
freeride conditions. For all those who enjoy long
runs in virgin and powder snow in the middle of
the huge mountain. Besides, with this
tour in the Caucasus, near the station of Krasnaya,
you can ride on a new mountain of our planet.
New discovery and experience in
a location not so exploited yet and which is part
of largest and more extreme in the world. Thanks
to its geographical location, the Caucasus
chain has a steady snow but more importantly a
quality of incredibly powdery snow. We
chose this location for its perfect blending between
the wilderness, the Russian hospitality and international
standing! ! !

Up
Terrain
The Caucasus ("Road of Asia" in Persian)
is a mountain range that builds up over 1200 km,
from the Strait of Kerch (Black Sea) in the peninsula
of Apcheron Caspian Sea. This immense mountain
range is shared between Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan
and Russia. The Caucasus is often seen as marking
the separation between Europe and Asia. If it
is seen as European, it is the highest in Europe.
The summits of the most important adorning this
massive are:
- Elbrouz 5642 m (Russia), the highest peak
in Europe
- Dykh Tau 5203 m (Russia)
- Chkhara 5200 m (Georgia-Russia)
- Kazbek 5047 m (Georgia)
While the central Caucasus is
covered by many glaciers, the Western Caucasus
is the domain of the forest and the Eastern Caucasus,
lower and drier, is a region almost deserted.
This offers a mix of incredible scenery in this
region.

Security
& Guides
To make the heliski trip in 100%
safety in the Caucasus, we propose a specialized
accompaniment: a group consists of seven skiers
/ riders to the maximum, accompanied by a local
guide and a guide UIAGM.
Given that both groups use a helicopter, there
are still four people qualified to ski when you
present with a helicopter ready to depart.
Your safety is our first concern. We believe that
this measure is necessary in order to enjoy maximum
safety and effectiveness in our operations.
The machines we use are MI-8,
the most built model in the world. They are subject
to a very strict protocol frequent inspections
and reviews regularly. They are equipped with
20 passenger seats, 2 pilots and an engineer,
who constitute the standard crew on board.
Compared with the largest Canadian
agencies offering heli-skiing, it usually turn
4 groups of 11 skiers with the same helicopter,
while we offer a guide / skier largest, which
can reach the standards necessary security and
a more personalized service. We take advantage
of the fact that a full helicopter serve us exclusively!
Once in the field, there is no restriction regarding
the spot you want to ski, other than weather and
snow.

Accommodations
To help you take full advantage of your trip to
the maximum, we chose the perfect, suitable accommodations
for your stay. Our comfortable, warm and pleasant
place offers you the ability to relax after an
incredible day of snow and also to talk about
all the daily sensations and pleasures to come.
You will be housed in a luxurious chalet offering
every convenience and necessity for all. These
three daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
will be served at the cottage. Meals rich and
complete to provide the energy needed for the
incredible freeride runs that await you.

Agenda
/ Itinerary
Day 1/ Friday
Welcome! You land at the airport in Sochi where
our team is there to welcome you. With our private
transport, we are going directly to Krasnaya,
transfer of more or less 40min from the airport.
Depending on the time you land, once installed
we can organize a security briefing (otherwise
postponed to the next morning).
Days 2-7
We start the week, which is just about pure pleasure
of powder. After briefing the Security and a good
hearty breakfast, we can go take our flight. The
base heliport is located at 10min from our accommodation
and daily transfer is organized. If the weather
is good, we begin our day around 9am in the morning
and finish around 3pm-4pm. Then we can pick up
a small glass in a bar station or back to the
hotel for a small snack. Then in the evening,
normally our dinner is served at our housing,
but we also have the opportunity to go out to
eat a few nights in a typical restaurant of the
region.
If the conditions are dangerous to fly, the group
will be led on the off-piste runs of the ski resort
which is not very large in lifts, but offers incredible
technology and long runs through the woods.
- Heliskiing hour added: 2500 € / h / helicopter
- Reimbursement of runs not practiced because
of bad weather: 200 € / h / client

Day 8/ Friday
After our last breakfast, you are moving back
to the airport for your flight back to your distinctive
countries. Here ends our dream week.

*Most flights to Russia through Moscow. The
best connections are with the company AEROFLOT.
